Return Period

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Return Conditions

The item is returned with original packaging
The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or outdoor exposure beyond normal decorative use
Proof of purchase or order number is provided
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items damaged by customer misuse
Items with missing parts or packaging
Items returned after the 30-day return period
Items that have been used, altered, or intentionally damaged
Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale on the product page
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

After reviewing the information, we will help provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other available option depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable. Since WhimsyGarden currently offers free shipping, return shipping costs may still apply for customer-requested returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on PayPal, your bank, or your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to help cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you may need to request a return after receiving the package.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us first. In most cases, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
